UPSC CMS Final Result 2025: The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the Final Result for the Combined Medical Services (CMS) Examination 2025 on 22 December 2025. Candidates who appeared in the written exam on 20 July 2025 and the subsequent Personality Test (October–December 2025) can now check their selection status online.
A total of 812 candidates have been recommended: 363 for Category-I posts and 449 for Category-II posts. Selected candidates can download the merit list PDF from the official UPSC website upsc.gov.in.

UPSC CMS Merit List 2025 – Details
The merit list contains:
- Roll numbers and names of recommended candidates
- Separate lists for Category-I (Central Health Service) and Category-II (Railways, NDMC, MCD)
- Provisional recommendations subject to document verification
