Eligibility Criteria
Nationality
- Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Educational Qualification
- A Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University or an approved Foreign University.
Age Limit (as on 01 January 2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 years
- Maximum Age: 42 years
- Date of Birth must be between 02 January 1983 and 01 January 2004
Age Relaxation:
- SC/ST/SEBC/Women/Ex-Servicemen: 5 years
- PwD (40% or more disability): 10 years (cumulative relaxation applicable)
Odia Language Requirement
Candidates must be able to read, write and speak Odia and must have passed Odia as a subject or medium at the prescribed educational level.
Other Conditions
- Must have good moral character and sound physical & mental health
- Government servants must produce a No Objection Certificate (NOC)
- Candidates with more than one living spouse are not eligible (unless exempted)
Application Fee
- ₹700/- for General & SEBC candidates
- No fee for SC, ST & PwD candidates
- Fee payment is online only
- Fee will be refunded to candidates who appear in both Preliminary Examination papers
