Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
- Trade Apprentice (Ex-ITI): Must have passed the All India Trade Test (AITT) under the Craftsmen Training Scheme and possess a National Trade Certificate (NTC) issued by NCVT.
- Trade Apprentice (Fresher): Passed Class 10th / Madhyamik or equivalent from a recognized board.
- Graduate Apprentice: Degree in Engineering/Technology from a statutory university or an institution empowered to grant the degree.
- Technician Apprentice: Diploma in Engineering from a State Board/University.
- HR Trainees: Graduate + MBA/PGDM/PG Diploma in HR or related fields with 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PH).
