Eligibility Criteria
- B.Sc (Hons.) Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University; OR B.Sc. (Post- Certificate) / Post- Basic B.Sc. Nursing from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute or University; (ii) Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State / Indian Nursing Council
- Diploma in General Nursing Midwifery from an Indian Nursing Council recognized Institute / Board or Council; (ii) Registered as Nurses & Midwife in State / Indian Nursing Council;
- Two years experience in a minimum 50 bedded Hospital after acquiring the qualification
Age Limit
Minimum Age Limit: 18 Years Maximum Age limit: 40 Years Age relaxation is applicable as per rules.
Salary
- Basic Pay admissible on the minimum of the pay scale / level: Rs 44900/- + other allowances as admissible.
- Pay Scale / Pay Band: Pay Band (9300-34800) GP- 4600 (Rs 44900-142400)

Selection Process
Screening Examination:
Qualifying in this examination is only for the purpose of appearing in the Main Examination. The result of the Screening Examination will not be considered for the final selection. No claim for final selection shall be entertained based on the result of this examination The marks obtained in the Screening Examination will not be included in the Main Examination. From among the candidates who obtain the category-wise minimum qualifying marks in the Screening Examination, only 10 times the number of advertised posts in each category will be included to appear in the Mains Examination.
Main Examination
- Final selection will be based solely on the marks obtained in the Mains Examination
- Final selection will be done category-wise based on merit and reservation norms.
Hall Ticket for the Comupter Based Test (CBT): The applicants can print their hall ticket for the Comupter Based Test (CBT) online from the Institute website www.drrmlims.ac.in
Computer Based Test (CBT): The syllabus for both the exams (i.e. Screening & Mains) will be same.
Final Merit List:
- The final merit list will be prepared based on the marks obtained in mains exam only for all categories (i.e. UR, OBC, SC, ST, EWS, PwBD etc) separately and rank will be awarded to all qualified applicants.
- While preparing the merit list for the UR, all applicants (including those from the reserved categories) will be taken into consideration based on merit, but while preparing the merit list for a reserved category, only applicants of that category will be taken into consideration.
- The same method will be applicable in all reserved categories.
