Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
Candidates must have:
- Passed Intermediate Examination of Chartered Accountant (CA) conducted by ICAI
OR - Passed Intermediate Examination of Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) conducted by ICMAI
Note:
- Candidates who have already undergone similar industrial training for one year or more in any PSU are not eligible.
- Applicants must be registered with ICAI or ICMAI.

Stipend Details
- Monthly stipend of ₹22,000
- Engagement is strictly for 15 months
- Completion of training does not guarantee employment in Coal India or its subsidiaries

Selection Process
Selection will be based on:
- Merit list prepared from marks obtained in CA/CMA Intermediate (both groups combined)
- Reservation policy of Government of India
- Preference to Land Owners and Wards of Employees
- Posting based on:
- Merit rank
- Preference order of companies selected by the candidate
Tie-breaking Rules:
- Older candidate gets preference
- If DOB is same, higher Class X marks will be considered
A waiting list of 125 candidates will also be prepared.
