Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Candidates must have passed the Intermediate Examination of CA (Institute of Chartered Accountants of India)
OR - Passed the Intermediate Examination of CMA (Institute of Cost Accountants of India)
- Candidates who have already undergone similar training for one year or more in other PSUs are not eligible.
- Candidates must be registered with the respective institutes (CA/CMA).

Stipend / Training Duration
- Stipend: ₹22,000 per month

Selection Process
- Merit-based: Percentage of marks in Intermediate Examination (both groups) of CA/CMA
- Reservation & Preference: As per Government policy, with preference to Land Owners and wards of employees
- 15% preference to Land Owners
- 20% preference to wards of employees
- Posting Choice: Candidates must provide 9 choices for posting among CIL and its subsidiaries
- Tie-breaker:
- Older candidate preferred
- If date of birth is same, higher marks in Class X considered
- Waiting List: Additional 125 trainees may be selected if vacancies remain
