Bank of India Credit Officer Recruitment 2026″:Bank of India (BOI) has announced the Credit Officer Recruitment 2025–26 for a total of 514 vacancies in the General Banking Officer (GBO) / Credit Officer cadre. The recruitment is open across MMGS-II, MMGS-III, and SMGS-IV scales. Interested candidates can apply online from 20th December 2025 to 5th January 2026. Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks.
  • Reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PWD) minimum 55% marks.
  • CGPA/OGPA should be converted into percentage; fractions ignored.

Experience

  • Relevant banking experience in credit operations required.
  • Scale-wise experience details available in Annexure-I of the official notification.

Selection Process

  1. Online Examination(if conducted):
    • Total 150 questions, 120 minutes
      • English Language: 25 questions (qualifying)
      • Reasoning: 25 questions
      • Quantitative Aptitude: 25 questions
      • Professional Knowledge: 75 questions
    • Minimum qualifying marks: General/EWS – 35%, SC/ST/OBC/PWD – 30%
    • Negative marking: 0.25 marks per wrong answer
  2. Personal Interview:
    • Ratio: 1:3 to vacancies
    • Maximum marks: 100
    • Minimum qualifying marks: General/EWS – 50%, SC/ST/OBC/PWD – 45%
  3. Final Selection:
    • Weightage: Online Exam 70% + Interview 30%
    • Merit list in descending order; tie-breaker: online exam marks, then age (senior first)

Note: If online test is not conducted, selection will be based on interview only.

Security Deposit

  • MMGS-II: ₹2,00,000
  • MMGS-III & SMGS-IV: ₹3,00,000
  • Refundable after 3 years of satisfactory service
