Eligibility Criteria for TGSRTC Recruitment 2026
Gender Eligibility
- Both men and women are eligible
- 33⅓% vacancies reserved for women on horizontal basis
Educational Qualification (as on 01 July 2025)
Traffic Supervisor Trainee (Post Code 47):
- Graduate Degree from a recognized university
Mechanical Supervisor Trainee (Post Code 48):
- Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- BE / B.Tech / AMIE in Automobile or Mechanical Engineering are also eligible
Age Limit (as on 01 July 2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 25 years
Age Relaxation
- Telangana Government enhanced upper age limit by 12 years (maximum 37 years)
- SC / ST / BC / EWS: 5 years
- Ex-Servicemen: Service period + 3 years
- Departmental Employees: Up to 10 years (subject to max age limits)
Age proof will be accepted only from SSC/Matriculation certificate.
TGSRTC Salary & Training Details
- Pay Scale: ₹27,080 – ₹81,400 per month
- Training Period: 12 months
- Training Stipend: Minimum pay scale of Deputy Superintendent
- After training, candidates will be appointed as:
- Deputy Superintendent (Traffic)
- Deputy Superintendent (Mechanical)
