Educational Qualification
Candidates must possess qualifications from a recognized University/Institute through regular full-time mode only.
Trade Apprentice
- Matric (10th) + ITI (2 years) in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT)
Technician Apprentice
- 3 Years Diploma in Engineering
(Mechanical / Electrical / Civil / Instrumentation / Electronics)
Graduate Apprentice
- Any Graduate Degree (full-time regular)
Data Entry Operator
- Class 12th with minimum required marks
- OR 12th + Skill Certificate (for skill holders)
Minimum Marks:
- 50% (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Age Limit (as on 31-12-2025)
- Minimum Age: 18 years
- Maximum Age: 24 years
Age Relaxation
- SC/ST: 5 years
- OBC (NCL): 3 years
- PwBD: 10 years (additional for reserved categories)
IOCL Apprentice Stipend 2026
- Monthly stipend will be paid as per the Apprentices Act, 1961/1973 and
Apprentices Rules 1992/2019/2025, as amended from time to time.
