Educational Qualification & Experience
Candidates must possess B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) with minimum 60–65% marks (as applicable) and relevant post-qualification experience:
Experience Requirements (Minimum)
- AGM (PEM): 16 years
- Senior Manager: 12 years
- Manager: 8 years
- Deputy Manager: 4 years
Relevant experience should be in:
- Refinery / Petrochemical / Fertilizer / Metallurgy / Infrastructure Projects
- Design, Engineering, Project Management, EPC / PMC / LSTK projects
- Smelter operations (Copper / Aluminium) or Planning & Scheduling tools (Primavera P6, MS Project)
Construction site experience is desirable for most posts.
