ECHS Ambala Recruitment – Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications (Varies by Post):
- Officer-in-Charge (OIC): Graduate with 5 years’ experience in managerial/medical position
- Medical Officer: MBBS + 3 years’ experience post-internship
- Dental Officer: BDS + 3 years’ experience
- Medical Specialist: MD/MS/DNB + 3 years’ experience post-PG
- Gynaecologist/Radiologist: PG degree + 3 years’ experience
- Nursing Assistant: GNM/Class-1 Nursing Assistants course + 5 years’ experience
- Pharmacist: B.Pharm/Diploma in Pharmacy or 12th Science + 3 years’ experience
- Laboratory Technician/Assistant: B.Sc/DMLT or equivalent + 3–5 years’ experience
- Clerk: Graduate or Class-1 Clerical Trade + computer skills + 5 years’ experience
- Driver: Class 8th/Class-1 MT Driver + Civil Driving Licence + 5 years’ experience
- Peon/Chowkidar/Safaiwala/Female Attendant: Class 8th or literate + 5 years’ experience
Additional Requirements:
- Preference to Ex-Servicemen & Widows of Service Personnel including War Widows
- Contract renewable for 12/11 months based on performance
- OJT (On-the-Job Training) mandatory before assuming contractual charge (unpaid)

Selection Process
