Eligibility Criteria for BEML Recruitment 2025
Nationality
- Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
Educational Qualification
Post-wise qualifications include:
- B.Tech / B.E (First Class) in relevant engineering disciplines
- Diploma (First Class) for Diploma Trainee posts
- MBA (Finance), CA / ICWA / CMA
- MA / MSW / PG Diploma in HR / IR / Personnel Management
- Graduate Degree (First Class) for Office Assistant Trainee
First Class means 60% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST/PwD).

- Asst. General Manager: ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000
- Sr. Manager: ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000
- Manager: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000
- Officer / Engineer: ₹40,000 – ₹1,40,000
- Asst. Engineer: ₹30,000 – ₹1,20,000
Trainee Stipend
- Diploma Trainee: ₹17,000 → ₹25,500 per month
- Office Assistant Trainee: ₹20,000 → ₹23,500 per month
