Educational Qualification

🔹 Professor

  • Ph.D. in concerned/relevant discipline
  • Minimum 10 research publications in peer-reviewed/UGC-listed journals
  • Research score of 120 (UGC Regulations 2018)
  • Minimum 10 years teaching/research experience

OR

Outstanding professional with Ph.D. and 10 years relevant experience.

🔹 Associate Professor

  • Ph.D. in relevant discipline
  • Master’s Degree with 55% marks
  • Minimum 8 years teaching/research experience
  • At least 7 publications
  • Research score of 75

🔹 Assistant Professor

  • Master’s Degree with 55% marks
  • NET/SLET/SET qualified
    OR
  • Ph.D. (as per UGC exemption rules)

Foreign Ph.D. holders from top 500 ranked universities are also eligible (as per QS/THE/ARWU rankings).

Deputy Librarian

  • Master’s in Library/Information Science (55%)
  • 8 years experience as Assistant University/College Librarian
  • Evidence of ICT integration
  • Ph.D. in relevant discipline

Assistant Librarian

  • Master’s in Library/Information Science (55%)
  • NET/SLET/SET or Ph.D. exemption
  • Knowledge of library computerization
