The total number of vacancies will be allocated state-wise. Selection will be based on state-wise merit. The number of female candidates selected will depend on service requirements.
IAF Agniveervayu Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
For Science Subjects
Candidates must have any one of the following:
- 10+2 with Physics, Mathematics and English with minimum 50% aggregate marks and 50% in English
- Three-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Computer Science, IT, Instrumentation) with 50% aggregate and 50% in English
- Two-year Vocational Course with Physics and Mathematics and 50% aggregate marks
For Non-Science Subjects
- 10+2 in any stream with minimum 50% aggregate marks and 50% in English
- Two-year Vocational Course with minimum 50% marks
Candidates eligible for Science subjects can also opt for the Non-Science exam.
