- Nursing Staff (ANM & GNM): 12th Science + Paramedical Basic Training Course / Sanitary Inspector Course
- Staff Nurse BPHU: B.Sc Nursing / GNM with Nursing Council Registration
- Entomologist: 12th + Diploma
- Lab Technician (BPHU/NTEP): 12th + Diploma
- Public Health Specialist: Any Medical Graduate + MPH/MHA/MBA, 5 years experience
- Counsellor (ASHA & EMS): MSW or MA in Social Sciences
- Hospital Manager / QA Coordinator / Epidemiologist / CPHC / Programme Coordinator / Ayush Consultant: Medical Graduate + MPH/MHA/MBA with relevant experience
- Optometrist: B.Sc in Optometry, 2 years experience
- Dental Technician / Dental Hygienist / Pharmacist: 12th + Diploma
- Physiotherapist: Graduate in Physiotherapy, 2 years experience
- Audiologist: Degree in Audiology
- Dentist: BDS with 2 years experience / MDS
