Eligibility Criteria
Trade Apprentices (ITI)
- Qualification: 10th pass + ITI certificate in relevant trade (NCVT)
- Minimum Marks: 55% for UR/OBC/EWS
- Age Limit: 18–30 years (relaxation: SC 5 yrs, OBC 3 yrs, PwD 40% up to 10 yrs above limit)
- Other Requirements: EWS certificate (2024–25), medically fit, Indian nationals only
Engineering Apprentices
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E/BBA/Diploma in relevant branch
- Minimum Marks: 55% for UR/OBC/EWS, passing for SC/ST/PwD
- Age Limit: 18–30 years (relaxation as above)
- Other Requirements: Domicile certificate (if claiming reservation), medically fit, no prior apprenticeship under THDC
Desirable: Knowledge of computers; preference for Uttarakhand candidates in reserved categories.
Stipend / Salary
- As per Apprentices Act 1961 and Training (Amendment) Rules 2025
- Trade/Engineering Apprentices stipend depends on qualification and experience

- Merit-based on marks obtained in qualifying exam (ITI/B.Tech/B.E/BBA/Diploma)
