IOCL Apprentice Eligibility Criteria 2026
Educational Qualification
Trade Apprentice (ITI Based):
- Matriculation + 2-year ITI in relevant trade (NCVT/SCVT recognized)
Technician Apprentice (Diploma):
- 3-year Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Instrumentation / Civil / Electronics)
- Minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD)
Graduate Apprentice:
- Full-time Graduate degree (BA / BBA / B.Com / B.Sc.)
- Minimum 50% marks (45% for reserved categories)
Trade Apprentice – Data Entry Operator:
- 12th Pass (below Graduate level)
- Skill certificate required for Code 114

IOCL Apprentice Stipend / Salary 2026
- Graduate Apprentice:
₹4,500/month (BOAT) + IOCL contribution + ₹2,500 miscellaneous allowance - Technician Apprentice:
₹4,000/month (BOAT) + IOCL contribution + ₹2,500 miscellaneous allowance - Trade Apprentice:
Stipend as per Apprentices Act + ₹2,500 miscellaneous allowance
Stipend is paid through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT).
