Eligibility Criteria – BOI Credit Officer 2025-26
Educational Qualification:
- Graduation in any discipline with relevant work experience in banking/finance as per post-wise requirements (see Annexure-I of the notification).
- Reserved category candidates (SC/ST/OBC/PwBD) may avail 5% relaxation wherever minimum marks of 60% are prescribed.

Selection Process – BOI Credit Officer
The selection involves:
- Scrutiny of Applications – Verification of eligibility based on submitted documents.
- Online Examination (if conducted)
- Subjects: English Language (25 Qs), Reasoning (25 Qs), Quantitative Aptitude (25 Qs), Professional Knowledge (75 Qs)
- Total Marks: 150, Time: 120 mins
- Negative Marking: 1/4th for wrong answers, no penalty for unattempted questions
- English language marks are qualifying only
- Interview – Personal interview for shortlisted candidates, generally in 1:3 ratio
- Final Merit – Combined score of Online Exam and Interview in 70:30 ratio (if exam is conducted)
